Family Support Worker

Life can be busy and stressful at the best of times, but we currently find ourselves in a turbulent world, trying to navigate each day as it comes. We understand that whatever your age, whether you are a child or an adult, we all need time to feel calm and peaceful for our own well-being, both physically, mentally and emotionally. 

 

Our pastoral care team at school are our 'go to' for tips and valuable techniques to develop self-awareness, regulate our emotions and release anxiety.

  • Nip in the bud    In this eight minute film, Dr Jess Richardson. principal clinical psychologist (National & Speciliast CAMHS and Maudsley), provides straightforward, important suggestions for parents and teachers to deal with any potential apprehension or anxiety children may experience on returning to school.
