Our school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. We expect all staff, visitors and volunteers to share this commitment.
If you have any concerns regarding the safeguarding of any of our pupils please contact one of our Designated safeguarding leads Mrs Jill Turner, Miss Carla Pilgrim, Ms Janine Harries, Miss Rosanna Blake, Miss Rebecca Smith

Every Friday the school holds a Celebration Assembly. Certificates are awarded to one child in each class who has followed our school values of Respect, Excellence and Integrity. The child selected also attends afternoon tea with either Mrs Turner, Miss Smith or Miss Blake. Parents/carers are invited to attend our assembly and celebrate with their children. Children's names are printed in our newsletter.
One child from each class will be invited to Afternoon Tea on a Friday afternoon with one of the Assistant Heads. Their name will be displayed on the TV screens as you come into school to celebrate their achievement.
Proud cards can be given to any child by any member of staff, they are given for a wide variety of reasons linked to our values of Excellence, Integrity and Respect.
These are generally given by the class teacher for good work and behaviour (linked to our values) but can be given by other members of staff. If parents have signed up to Class Dojo then they are immediately notified by an app on their phone so that they can celebrate with their child too.
